On-Premise Products Maintenance Procedure
Hello,
My company is interested in using some of Adobe's on-premise software, e.g. Campaign Manager. Could you please provide answers to the following questions?
- As the time passes, our software version will get old since there will be newer releases. In this case, does Adobe provide patches / updates for the older versions (like the one that we will have), or do they provide patches / updates only to the latest release (meaning we might need to upgrade if we face an issue)?
- If they do provide patches / updates for the older versions, could you please describe the fee and the charging model?
