Only got partial refund for their mistake

Hi,

I got a free trial for the creative cloud all apps plan, and I canceled it before the deadline, so i don't get charged. 3 months later, I am checking my bank account, and I have been getting charged $97.19 every month. It literally wasn't showing I was on any plan when I was getting charged, so I am not sure why that was happening.
I contacted customer service and I only got a refund for my last charge. I deserve my full refund which is $291.57 because this is not my fault in any way. Sure i didn't notice it until months later, but it was because it was cancelled. Can anyone help me here?

@sariya1998 No one can help you here as this is a community forum. Your only option is to contact Adobe Support (which is sounds like you have) to dispute. Did you get a confirmation of your cancellation? Show that to the rep on the chat.
