"OOPS, SOMETHING WRONG .... TRY AGAIN". CC Packager

Hello.

CREATIVE CLOUD PACKAGER: When I try to download "Photoshop CC" or "InDesign CC" I get this "Oops..." stuff. When I download Lightroom (did that today) or Acrobat everything is OK. Firewalls and proxy etc - all this evil is the same whatever I do.

I have deleted files in the OOBE catalog, I have uninstalled everything and reinstalled, I have rebooted.

Now what?? I am fed up with this! The e-books you made me read BEFORE I could start this discussion is of no use to me!

I have found a "workaround": 1) Renamed the OOBE on the "C:\users\<init>\Appdata...etc". 2) Emptied the CCP cache. 3) Connected to the Adobe CC using the "ordinary" Adobe CC. 4) Started the Creative Cloud Packager as an Administrator. Picked and chose - downloaded. This actually worked. However, being an administrator was not enough. Starting the Adobe CC first made a difference. I am not sure how important 1) and 2) is.
