ORA - 12592

Hello,We have a problem with the PROD Adobe campaign instance.Here's the info:7.4.1 build 9383We have this oracle error: ORA-12592 TNS Bad packetWhen this error occurs, all workflows freeze. This is not normal behavior.Do you have any solutions ? Best regards
