Our admin cannot find our invoices

Hi, we need to have our invoices, but they seem to have disappeared from the admin. Can you help us please?

    Thank you for reaching out. We understand how important it is to have your invoices available, especially when you need them for your records.

     

    For a Creative Cloud for Teams plan purchased directly from https://adobe.ly/4v1CSDB, invoices are available in the Admin Console > Account > Billing History. From there, you can view, download, or email any of your past invoices as PDFs.

     

    One important note: the Billing History tab is only visible to the account's contract owner. If you are signed in as an admin but do not see Billing History under the Account tab, it means the contract owner role is currently assigned to a different user in your organization. In that case, the current contract owner would either need to retrieve the invoices or transfer contract ownership to you.

    Can you/admin see the Billing History tab under the account when you sign in to the Admin Console? That will help us point you to the right next step.
