Our IT department needs more info before we can deploy. Who do I contact?

We have a form that our IT Security folks need to fill out before they will allow us to deploy CC to the team. They require a 30 minute phone call with someone from Adobe to do this. Who do I need to put them in touch with? Is the 1 800 number the only method? Do we have a dedicated account representative now that we are subscribers?
