PACKAGE INSTALL WILL NOT COMPLETE ON WINDOWS

currently having a problem installing acrobat and Lightroom packages on windows 7, created package with the CCP and all ran OK, but when the package is run it starts gets halfway then stops, next time its run it seems to complete but nothing is installed?
