Package not creating (Mac OS)

I am not able to create cc packages any more own my Mac. The progress bar goes all the way to 100% but then, I invariably get an error. I cannot figure out what's wrong. I tried cleaning the cache, removing lightroom and scout (although I would need Lightroom) from the apps to install but still no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

I cannot create a package with any adobe software. Not only with Lightroom or Scout. With not even a single app.

Hi iloverabbit,

Can I clarify:

You are using Creative Cloud Packager on the mac to build packages for deployment and omitting Lightroom or Scout, however package creation still fails?

You may be experiencing a different issue.

Can you please access the CCP Build log. After building a package go to the Build Log link or check at the following locations:

  • Mac: ~/Library/Logs/
  • Win: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Temp
