Package that I've created doesn't start installation

I have created a package and the installer starts, but then seems to 'back down' and doesn't continue.  Not sure what to do to troubleshoot this issue.  Have even deleted all cached downloads and created a package from scratch just n case I am doing something wrong.

Not sure where to go with this.

Hello Brandon,

If your talking about a Creative Cloud package .....I encountered the same issue, after running the MSi the progress bar would roll back and then nothing.  I determined it was the UAC that was interfering with the installation even though I was logged on as an Admin.  Try disabling UAC and see what happens.
