Packager failing during build: Invalid download file, please try create package again

Hello,

I'm attempting to build a package for Adobe Suite and keep running into issues across multiple computers. Across all devices, they begin building the package (file bar starts loading) and then bounces back to the Applications & updates page where we can choose which programs to include in the package. Lately it's been photoshop with the yellow triangle with the exclaimation mark in it. Hovering over this symbol, I get the message, "Invalid Download File, Please try create package again." If I just keep hitting "build" enough times, it eventually goes through (200 pushes and 4 hours later...); however, I have some machines I've been repeating this process on for days.

I've tryied clearing the download cache, restarting the creative cloud packager, and rebooting; however, nothing seems to work with much consistency. Please advise!
