Packager unable to build CS6 release

EDU K12 VIP contract creating installation with Packager.

Tried both Windows (10Pro) and OSX (HighSierra) but while creating the installation folder CCPackager doesn't complete task and shows yellow triangle with ERROR (download file not valid try again).

Changed device, problem still there.

It happens only with Illustrator CS6 not with other CS6 APPs.

    Hi,

    I tested this and was able to build an Italian language package for Illustrator CS6.

    Try emptying the cache for Creative Cloud Packager in the preferences.
