Packages tab missing from admin console

Hi,

 

I in charge of the shared devices installations for my organization. But at some point in the last year, the packages tab is gone missing from my admin console and we are not able to get it back. We have check all permissions we can think of, but no success for now.

 

What can be the problem? What else can we do?

Finally we found the permission that was missing from my user. We don't know how it happened, because the organization administrator believe that he has not touch my user's permissions before this happened, but at least now the thing is solved.
