Password reset did not work
I tried this 3 times and it failed. I contacted chat support which sent me a password reset email which then locked me out of my account. I called the support number 5 times and got hung up on 5 times after describing my issue.
I entered the password for one of our new Teams user to setup the account for them. I got an invalid password message when putting in the password I set. I used the reset password feature and code a verification code which I entered and then entered the new password (it wouldn't accept the "previously used one" which is said was incorrect). After entering the new password I tried to log into Acrobat Pro DC and I get the same invalid password error. I did the reset 2 more times with the exact same results. It simply is refusing to accept the correct password.
And Adobe suppport seems to be using the same people that AT&T is using. Yall should do some QA on your suppoort group. It is just about as bad as it possibly can get. Why help people when you can just hang up on them instead! Perfect... what sh!t service.
