Paying additional monthly fee?
Hello, I am currently a university student using the "Adobe for Enterprise" plan. But for some reason, I am charged a monthly fee of $65 despite the subscription affiliated to the university? And I tried contacting my school's IT administrator about this issue, and they said I have to directly contact Adobe support for this issue, and when I tried to chat the Adobe Support virtual assistant, they said to contact my organization administrator about this issue? I'm really unsure as to what or how to deal with this issue. Any ideas?? Thank you!!
