Paying over $10K a year for licensing and now have to wait 25 minutes to speak with support? Why?

user account disabled and production time was lost due to CC unable detect there was no other instance of this account being used anywhere. Adobe support gave no option to contact call center and had to hold on chat queue. Unable to unlock account from Admin portal. Any thoughts on the opportunity to address this or are you just flushing the toilet with the shower running until there's no more hot water left?

Seriously who is the ringmaster at this circus of incompetence?
