Payments, invoices and licenses. Condition owner? HELP!!!

payments, invoices and licenses. Good afternoon. The question is this. I mistakenly clicked on "buy" 4 times, but only one is needed. I received 4 invoices for payment to the condition owner's email. How I can delete 3 invoices??? The problem is that the condition owner does not work in our company, I do not have access to the condition owner's console. In the console I do not see any payments or issued invoices and I cannot edit them. I wrote to the support service, but there is no answer. I am an admin and a user, but I am not the condition owner. What should I do?

Thanks for reaching out. Based on your query, it appears you have mistakenly added 4 licenses instead of 1, and now need to cancel three licenses from your active Teams contract. Please confirm if this is the issue you require assistance with.

 

I recommend opening a support case through the Admin Console. Our support team will assist you in canceling the additional licenses. You can follow the steps in this document to raise a case: https://adobe.ly/4oyuBEo

 

Additionally, since you mentioned your contract owner has left the organization and you are now the sole admin for the contract, please ask the support team to designate you as the contract owner role as well.
