So Ive installed the update to Acrobat XI 11.0.16 with no success.

Installed the Application manager 10.0.  Performed multiple reboot and a repair with no luck.

Also disabled the AV (we use bitdefender)

What are my next steps ?

Thanks

Correct answer thomask926

PDApp.exe crashes because of SEHOP (exploit protection), which is enabled by default on server OS. Put PDApp.exe on the exception list:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\PDApp.exe -->  DisableExceptionChainValidation (Dword) = 1

Does not require reboot.

From Thread #6281840:
