Hello, I need to know how to cancel my plan but I can't find anything that helps my situation.

I have purchased a teams account, mistakenly i think, but i used my personal email that's already linked to my personal Adobe account. Now I can see my active plan on the business one and the billing on the personal one. I can't seem to manage my subscription in any of the two and I don't know what to do or where to go to find my answer.  When I ask the customer service it doesn't understand my questions or it doesn't respond. Please help, thank you!!

Hi @good_customers3037

I have reviewed your account (email you have used to post here)and found that you only have an After Effects teams subscription registered on it and there is no Creative Cloud individual (personal) subscription on it, if you are being charged for both the other subscription would be on a different email. Could you please check your alternate email addresses, or you may share your other email with me in a personal message and i will check the details and get back to you.

To know how to send a personal message see: https://adobe.ly/3Jj7HRD

I hope this helps.

Thanks,
