currently I have myself and a staff member logging into Adobe and and recently everytime my staff member logs in we have to change password. this happens daily. I now have another staff member coming on. I dont want to keep changin password every 2 minutes. should I be under a differnt plan with 3 users

    Please note that Adobe does not allow concurrent logins on a single personal Adobe ID. When the same credentials are used by multiple individuals, the system automatically logs out the previous session for security reasons.

    Since you have a Teams subscription, the recommended approach is to assign individual licenses to each user through the Admin Console. This allows every user to sign in with their own email address and use the applications independently without interruption. As you currently have multiple Acrobat licenses available, you can assign one license per user accordingly.
