photoshop 2024 download Team subscription

Hello, I have the same issue. The latest version of my OS is Ventura 13.7.8, and I can’t update it anymore since my Mac is from 2017. 

I would need Photoshop 24.x but the oldest version proposed by Adobe is Photoshop 26.x 

Is there any solution? 

I really hope so.

    To guide you to the right solution, could you confirm which Adobe plan you are currently subscribed to? This will help us point you to the correct download path based on the entitlement on your account.

     

    In the meantime, a note on version availability: Adobe provides installers for the latest Creative Cloud apps and the immediately preceding major version. As of now, the only Photoshop versions available to download are Photoshop 2026 and Photoshop 2025.

    Once you confirm the subscription, we'll take it from there.

      Hi ​@Sarah2448423474x3, Adobe supports and provides downloads only for the current and the one prior version of its Creative Cloud apps. There is no genuine source of the older installers. The only way you may possibly get it is by contacting Adobe Support
