Photoshop Beta Error

Hello Adobe Team,

When I tried using the new Generate Upscale option, I received an error message. I still have plenty of AI credits left, so I don’t think that’s the issue. It might be something on Adobe’s side or possibly something with my Laptop.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Hi @Venura_N, 

 

Since you have an enterprise license from your school/university, the Admin might have disabled access to beta features. Please get in touch with your IT admin to get access to this feature. How to contact your Admin: https://adobe.ly/4oPxdwX;

But I can use the other features in Photoshop Beta, like the special generative AI tools I just can’t use the new upscale feature. So if it’s something related to my subscription, how come I can still use the other AI features in both the Beta and the original Photoshop, but only get this error with the upscale option? Maybe it’s a bug? I already uninstalled and reinstalled the Beta version, but the issue is still the same.
