Exit Code 127 indicates that the installer was unable to extract the install files in the temp location (C:\adobeTemp) on your device. This can either happen due to lack of disk space or permission issues. Antivirus software can also block the extraction process.

Do the following and then try to install the app again:

  1. Check permissions on the "adobetemp" folder located at:
    [Windows]: <system drive>\adobetemp
    [macOS]: <system drive>/adobetemp
  2. Disable your antivirus software temporarily, and then try your download again.
