Photoshop CS6 TLP serial number still listed in LWS but reported as revoked
Hello,
I am the legitimate owner of a perpetual Adobe Photoshop CS6 13.0 Polish Windows TLP license, purchased through Adobe Buying Programs for my company.
The license is still present in my Adobe Licensing Website (LWS) account. LWS currently shows:
Product: Photoshop
Version: 13.0
Language: Polish
Platform: Windows
I can also still download the official Photoshop CS6 13.0 WIN ESD PL installer directly from my Adobe LWS account.
I recently moved to a new Windows computer. I downloaded the installer directly from LWS and attempted to install Photoshop using the Windows serial number displayed in the same LWS account.
However, the official Adobe installer displays:
“The serial number you entered has been revoked. This product cannot be installed.”
The same licensed Photoshop CS6 is still working normally on another computer. I have not deactivated it there because I am concerned that Adobe may then refuse to reactivate it.
I contacted Adobe Support. They checked the serial number but told me that CS6 is an end-of-life product and referred me to Adobe Community.
Adobe Support Case ID: ADB-47075893-M4Q6
I would like to understand:
- Why is a serial number that is still officially assigned to my company in Adobe LWS being reported as revoked?
- Is there any legitimate way to activate this TLP license on a replacement/new computer?
- Has Adobe disabled new activations for some CS6 TLP serial numbers?
- Can the serial number be reactivated or replaced?
- Is there an official legacy/offline activation method for this type of CS6 TLP license?
I have the original Adobe Software License Certificate, the LWS license record, the LWS download record for Photoshop CS6, and the official installer downloaded directly from Adobe.
I am attaching screenshots showing the license in LWS, the official CS6 download available in LWS, and the revoked serial number error.
The serial numbers and account-specific information have been hidden in the screenshots for security reasons.
Thank you for any assistance or clarification.
