Photoshop is not yet available for your device

Hello,

I'd like to ask for how to install photoshop and illustrator app in Adobe CC, and have some issues for that.

I attached the screenshot of sign, and it mentioned that 'photoshop is not yet available for your device'. In my case, I've been using Adobe apps like photoshop for long time with student account, but this time I cannot re-install photoshop as well as illustrator.

I've already used Adobe CC cleaner to delete all the past version, and even use new OS account to run the apps, but it didn't work.

Additionally, right before this issue, I updated MacOS to Monterey(OS.12).

And when I looked at 'the available plan' on CC, photoshop and illustrator were already dropped this time.

Please let me know how to solve the problem.

Thank you.

We had the same issue as above within our organization. It was fixed by changing some settings in the Admin Console. The issue was resolved once we performed the below steps:

  1. Log in to the admin console
  2. Select 'Products' in the top banner
  3. Expand Creative Cloud, select All Apps plan
  4. Clicked on  the name of the product profile
  5. select Permissions
  6. Select edit next to the self-serice policies
  7. uncheck the box for "Make updates available 30 days after release" and save
  8. Have the user sign out and sign in again on the desktop app

Hi

We are here to help you. Are you also using Mac? Are you on a personal machine or your office machine? Did you check if you have Admin rights on this machine?

Same issue in our school district.  We are 1:1 ipads; using JAMF for management.
