PLAN CANCELLATION

I have cancelled my annual plan within 14 day of renewal but still, my plan will be cancelled next year why

    I have been trying to cancel my free trial for 2 weeks now and I cannot find anyone to contact, the website doesnt work, Ive tried all times of day, I go into manage plans, press cancellation and it just cycles. Im getting very frustrated and do not want to continue or pay when its not my fault.! Please advise
