Plan not assigned to new user.

I have added a new user and assigned a license to him.

He sees his plan "Adobe for Teams" on the https://account.adobe.com.

But this plan is not loading on https://creativecloud.adobe.com/, therefore cannot use Photoshop and other applications.

User is logged in business account.

Yesterday, I deleted the user and re-added him. He finally received a letter of addition to the organization. Then he logged into CreativeCloud and saw the tarrif plan. So it's working now.

Can you ask the user to sign out and then sign back in to Creative Cloud.

At sign-in, did the user get an option to join the team? Or an option to sign in using either Personal or Official account. Using the official/work account should get them access. Can you try this and then let us know.
