I think you need to contact Adobe's Business Sales department about Enterprise and Team plans, since that appears to be what you purchased. (800-915-9428)

 

Since I'm not positive about that (individuals call customer service), let's move you to the Enterprise and Teams forum where someone is much more likely to have a good answer for you.

Hello 

 

I subscribed to Adobe in April and cancelled my subscription before the trial period. The system glitches and I didnt receive an email stating that my subscription was canceled.  Now they have debited the annual amount for the year and I didnt use it . 

 

Please assist on how I can get a refund ?

Thank you for reaching out. Upon reviewing your account, I can confirm that you had an active Acrobat Pro plan associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. This subscription was successfully canceled. 

Please note that your plan was prepaid annually. As per Adobe's subscription terms, prepaid annual plans are eligible for a full refund only if canceled within 14 days of the original purchase. In your case, the refund eligibility period ended on April 27, 2025. Since the cancellation occurred after this date, a refund is not applicable.

However, you will continue to have access to your subscription features and online services until the end of your billing cycle.

 

Why is a refund not available if I cancel the plan?
Annual prepaid subscriptions are offered at a discounted rate. Because of this pricing structure, cancellations after the 14-day window are not eligible for refunds.
