• If a plan is cancelled within 14 days of the initial purchase, there is no cancellation fee, a full refund is issued, and the account reverts to a free membership.

• If the cancellation occurs after 14 days, an early termination fee (ETF) applies. This fee is 50% of the remaining contract value. For example, if you cancel in the ninth month of a 12-month contract, you would pay 50% of the fee for the remaining three months.

Since your cancellation request was made after the 14-day period, the early termination fee is applicable.
