Plugin/Extension Illustrator Install Problem MAC

I have 4 Macs and a PC in my business all running the latest Adobe Creative Cloud. We purchased an extension for Illustrator - all paid for. 3 Macs and 1 PC all worked fine installing. 1 Mac has nothing show up in the "Manage Plugins" or "Managed Extensions" tab to install the extension like all the others did in Creative Cloud app. Anyone know why this could be? Only 1 Mac is having this issue. All Macs are brand new bought last month. We bought the Extension through Creative Cloud online. After it was purchased it took us to the Creative Cloud app to the Manage Plugins where the Extension/Plugin was and we just clicked Install and it worked. On the Mac that we have an issue with, when it takes us to the Manage Plugins page, there are no plugins there at all.
