I have these keys set in the registry:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\2017]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\2017\FeatureLockDown]

"bSuppressSignOut"=dword:00000001

"bToggleAdobeSign"=dword:00000001

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\2017\FeatureLockDown\cCloud]

"bEnableAcrobatHS"=dword:00000001

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\2017\FeatureLockDown\cServices]

"bTogglePrefsSync"=dword:00000001

"bUpdater"=dword:00000000

after some time the login/logout starts showing back up in acrobat, and the keys disappear from the registry. I am looking for some suggestions on how to get them to stick/what I am doing wrong.

Also, the path on 64 bit machines is

HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Policies\Adobe\(product name)\(version)\FeatureLockdown

The keys are still going missing after a period of time.

Export the registry path above and paste here.

Right off the bat I can see you're using a deprecated preference. Support for bEnableAcrobatHS ended with 11.x products. It also is not lockable and cannot be placed in HKLM.

Check your other prefs against the doc and post back if issues persist.
