Pop-ups blocking functions
My adobe account is not working properly. Every time I try to open a document to sign it, I get a pop-up which blocks the functionality and asks me to sign up for a free trial.
Is anyon else experiencing this?

Since you are getting the optoin to Sign up for Trial, that means your account is not properly activated.

In case issue persists, please initiate a chat by Clicking on the following link

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
