Thanks for reaching out. I understand that you need to install Illustrator 2024 (version 28) because your plugins are not compatible with version 29. You can install older versions of Illustrator from the Creative Cloud Desktop app, if they are available for your plan. Please follow these steps:

Open the Creative Cloud Desktop app.

Go to the Apps tab.
Find Illustrator and select the More actions (…) menu.
Click Other versions.
Install Illustrator 2024 (v28) from the list.
