Preflight not installing?

I recently had to get my whole adobe license reset and multiple takes of installing Adobe Acrobat DC 64bit. It is part of the enterprise license I get through work, so troubleshooting involves getting someone to remote in on my laptop and takes a lot of time. Since then I have been unable to run preflight or get it to open. It either does nothing, or a pop up will appear saying it is installing and please wait to use the tool. However, it is the same level every time and I do not see a progress bar at all. I have repaired, and updated to the most recent version, and restarted my system, but the issue persists.

Are there any steps I can give them to guide for a fix? Otherwise it's just going to be them installing/uninstalling over and over again.

if your admin doesn't know how to resolve the issue, they can contact adobe support.
