Premiere locked on various PCs

We have an Enterprise adobe account and could (in 2025) login into various OC around the building.  We would need to log out off previous PC s and o it was easy to do.

Something has now changed where if we nove to another PC the Premiere app is locked.  We dont now get promted to log out of previous machines. 

 

The fix is to remove users in the admin console and reinvite them.  I have over 30 current users that i would need to so this too. 

 

Is this a bug adobe?  As im the admin for the account i cant remove my account and re add so i now cant login to other PCs which i need to do as part of my job.....

 

Please help.

Also have noticed when logging into Creative Cloud, we dont get send a code to our phones/email anymore. 

Has this alo been changed?

More to this.....

On further testing.

When users logout of creative cloud, and log back in, all the apps they are allocated (in admin console) are locked. see attached.

The fix is to remove them as users and re add them......  We have over 50 users in the company that we will need to do this for if adobe does not resolve.

I cant login to any PCs as i can remove my user as im admin.

can we get some urgent support from Adobe!

try to check with IT guys if they have put any restrictions on your network

No changes with our network.  It a change Adobe has made.  

We now cant seem to use various Computer seats without having to deleteing users and re adding them in admin console.

 

Is this the only way we can get support from Adobe????
