I tried to install the premiere rush app on my pc but after numerous tries it did not work, I have deleted the cloud app numerous times. The premiere rush setup is on my pc but does not run. I would really appreciate it if someone helps me.

You can install the creative cloud desktop app and then try to install Premiere Rush.
