Primary Administrator Email is no longer Available

Question

Hi, so I'm the assigned team member for Adobe CC for Teams in my office.

I was assigned by Octora (octora@chemco.co.id) , but unfortunately Mr. Octora is already resign,

and the email is allocated to other user, hence the email that registered to Adobe as Primary User and Contract Owner become unavailable.

So my question is how to change the unavailable Primary Administrator Email to existing one? Because i can't access the Admin Console.

First of all, I would request you to not to share any account details like Contract Owner email address here as this is a peer to peer Public forum and the information could be mis-utilized.

Since you have a genuine situation, where in the Contract Owner has left the Organization and you need access to the Adminconsole, Adobe Support Team can help in Changing the Contract Owner.
