Hello,

 

I'm trying to change my primary email address, and Adobe isn't letting me.  There's no 'remove' option and it won't save my changes.

Any suggestions?

Hello.

The primary email address cannot be deleted as is.
It can only be deleted after the primary is transferred to the secondary. Please refer to this help page.
