Printing in Adobe Acrobat fails

Since our Employees upgraded Acrobat, noboday sees any printer-dialogue anymore.

We've tried the Shortcut cmd + p as well as choosing the print icon on top of the application and the Menu File > print...

nothing happens after choosing any of the mentioned options.

Any idea what's going wrong with Acrobat?
