Privacy Settings Issue

Hi there!  The majority of my team gets this when they go to Data and Privacy Settings

But this is what they're supposed to see

 Is there a way my team can access the correct data and privacy settings?  If I can contact Adobe's personal IT site professionals I would like to.  My guess is it's an issue with the site itself.
