Private or buisness? And changing my email.

Hi! I have the private package for photographer and now Ive started my own buisness. I've changed the payment to my working card but was wondering if I should change from private to buisness as well? Does that matter?
Trying to change my email to my work mail but does not get any mail to conferm it. Tried 100 times now
