problem converting docs offline

some laptops are having a problem to convert pdf to doc offline, its asking for internet connection to convert, the licenses are full version and works good with rest of the laptops ,if anyone can help me with this issue it will be great

So, have you seen it happen? Checked they aren't running Reader? And verified they MAKE THE SAME CLICKS as those who work?

we are having problem with 3 or 4 users when they try to convert it is directly going to cloud when it is connected to internet and asking for or says your internet connection is not accessible when its disconnected from internet it should not do like that and its asking to buy from adobe actually all the products are registered already

Have you seen this happen? I wonder if the users are actually trying to use the Export PDF function instead of the Save As function. Watch what the users do.
