Problem launching Creative Cloud packager - Oops something has gone wrong, please try again

I have setup a VM running on Windows Server 2012R2.  I used to be able to launch the Creative Cloud packager but suddenly it shows this error "Oops something has gone wrong, please try again".  I try to delete the Creative cloud packager from OOBE directory and reinstall back.  It still showing the same error.  Please help.

    Go into the OOBE folder, and delete opm.db, then log back in to CCP.
