Previoused using Photoshop at work as part of a bussiness license however recently lost access, Account shows no products with a valid lisence.

Contacted our Admin team who have said the lisence was definately renewed and paid for and is linked to the account however they've also lost access to the Admin console ( no sure on further details there.)

I have a VIP number and account login details but i need support from an actually Adobe person , either via Email or Chat etc ... how do i get the support i need to actually do my Job as my Admin department seem incapable of helping.

Hi @conz_2741

Thank you for sharing the details via personal message. Upon checking, there are currently no active licenses associated with this contract.

You mentioned that your admin is unable to access the Adobe Admin Console. Could you please let us know what specific error message they are receiving? If they are unable to access the console, please have them review this post for guidance:

Additionally, since you mentioned that the license was renewed and paid for, please ask your admin to contact their Adobe account manager or reseller to ensure that the licenses are correctly added to the contract.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Regards,
^AN

Hi @conz_2741,

Thanks for reaching out. I checked and could not find any active subscription associated with the Adobe ID you used to post this query. You also mentioned that your admin has lost access to the Admin Console. Could you please share your VIP number with me via a personal message so I can review the details and assist you further?
