Problem - our users are being asked to enter an Adobe Serial Number when trying to use Acrobat XL.  This is Lycoming College.  We have a small number of users who are being asked to enter an Adobe Serial/License number when trying to use Adobe products most specifically Acrobat.  Could you offer and insight or advice.  Please respond to caravagg@lycoming.edu.

    This is a known issue affecting a small number of Acrobat XI serial numbers at the moment.

    Please contact customer care with your serial number and details of your account and they will be able to assist.
