Problem with connectivity of programs at school

Hello,

my school bought Adoce Cretive Cloude licence for all students, but we have hudge problem with connectivity of programs. Students can´t work, becouse program are so slow. Sometimes, they can´t even open programs (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator). We checked school network and everything is ok, it is fast. Computers devices are also fine, RAM is 16GB, intel, 3,4 GHz, integrated graphics card.

It is really aynoyoing, becouse students payed for programs and they can´t work. They don´t have problem on their personal devices.

You can check the minimum system requirement to use the creative cloud apps: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html

 

If the issue persists, then I would recommend creating a support case from the console with the details so that our product experts can check the details.

I already checked  the minimum system requirement and everything is all right. OK, I´ll try creating a support case.
