The user has been deleted but still appears in Storage as an alphanumeric string and has not been moved to inactive accounts, preventing file management.

    Hi @MG_pol,

Thank you for reaching out, and we're sorry you're dealing with this. We understand that not being able to manage the storage for a deleted user can block important administrative work for your team.

When a user is removed from a Teams organization, their folder should automatically be moved to the Inactive Users tab under Admin Console > Storage > Individual User Folders. From there, you would normally be able to transfer the content to another user or permanently delete it.

The behavior you're describing, where the deleted user still appears in storage as an alphanumeric string and has not been moved to Inactive Users indicates that the removal did not fully process as expected on our backend. This is not something you can resolve from the Admin Console on your end, and our support team can help you get this sorted out for you.

Here's what we recommend as your next step:

    • Sign in to the Adobe Admin Console (https://adobe.ly/3QsAUwE) > Support, and open a case with our support team.
**Please include the alphanumeric string that appears in storage, along with the original email address of the deleted user if available. This will help our team locate and resolve the issue on the backend as quickly as possible.

For additional reference, our documentation on managing directory users (https://adobe.ly/4e3DXVR) and storage management (https://adobe.ly/3QfOnIh) may also be helpful.

If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to let us know. We're happy to help.

    Thanks,
    ^BS
