Problem with Enterprise ID

Hey Guys,

I got a Question (obviously )... I want to use Photoshop with the schools Enteprise ID. Logging in works perfectly fine but when I then want to download photoshop it says its not included in my abo but at school I can use it without any Problems... maybe someone got an idea??
