Problem with Media Encoder CC 2015

I have been trying to encode H.264 file just under 2 hours... I did the Wednesday show but now was going to do the Thursday Show but it is given me problems.  I keep getting the follow:

Error compiling movie.

Unknown error.

I cleared the cache file to make premier rebuild.  Still having the same problem... Sometimes a quarter the way in and some halfway or more and I get the error.  I can encode a smaller file with no problem but I don't know what to do.  and I have this project to get though and 2 more to go... I been held up... please help... I can't find anyway to contact adobe.  It says I don't have phone support... I use to not sure why... I pay my monthly.... Any help  Thanks!
