problem with signing with enterprise id

I see this icon with signing in when I try to log into Enterprise.

And nothing happens!

how can fix this issue?

Hello,

Usually, the sign-in screen will take you to the organization Single Sign on-page. If it just gives you a spinning wheel then you may try to connect the machine outside of the organization network like a mobile hotspot or home network and check if that works. Sometimes, there could be network related issues. You can also try to login to adobe.com via a browser on your computer and mobile and check if that works.
