Problem with two separate log ins and one Creative Cloud controlling both

I have a subscription for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, which uses my business email as its log in. 

I also have a separate subscription for Photoshop, which uses my personal email as its log in.

The Creative Cloud has me log in and out to use the subscription I need.

Why can I not have both these subscriptions working separately, can I not download a second Creative Cloud for each subscription?

You can have multiple accounts but you can only log in to one at a time. So you can only use the apps from one at a time. You're not the first to find it annoying.
